Refund and Exchanges Policy

1. Refunds

We accept returns for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, or custom-made products, are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@shopwithclemori.com with your order details.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


2. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we’re here to help:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@shopwithclemori.com with your exchange request.
  2. Ship the item back following the provided instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the replacement.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know immediately:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@shopwithclemori.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect for verification.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Additional Information

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account after processing.
  • For international orders, customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
